Moon

Monday: 

The Moon and Her Magic

Explore the many phases of Grandmother Moon. Learn to dance and move with each phase and how to bring her energy into yourself. Moon cords for magical intention will be crafted.

Tuesday: 

Tree magic and plant companions

Explore the secret life of trees: how they speak and feel to us. Connect with medicinal herbs to listen to what healing gifts they have to offer. Dream pillows with sleepy herbs will be made.

Wednesday: 

Weird and Strange psychic stuff

Play Games that enhance your psychic awareness. Look for Auras, guess what your partner is thinking, and feel for energy with your hands.

Thursday: 

Gemstones and Crystals

Listen to the stones and what they have to teach us through multi-sensory input. Find out how they support your well-being: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Sew a pouch to bring home three gemstones of your choice (holes in cloth for sewing).

Friday: 

Mythical Beasts and Faeries of Old

Meet the powerful and gentle creatures from long ago that will become your allies and guides. Call upon them for counsel and direction. Pull a card for inspiration and craft an icon sculpture.

Also Friday (4p-5p):

Celebration

Celebration and completion of magickal studies: Tea and Treats will be provided, and there will be a perfectly safe cauldron jump! parents are asked and encouraged to attend.

 

Camp Times and Location:

Monday-Friday, 9a-4p, with two 15-minute breaks and a one-hour bring-your-own lunch break. Be sure to bring water to stay hydrated and plenty of snacks to stay energized!

The camp takes place in a rich and magickal private residence in NE Portland near NE Broadway and NE 24th Ave. The address will be given to you upon registration.

This is also the location of Victoria Gill’s PNW Magickal Scout Program, which takes place throughout the academic year.

Registration and Fees:

$325 + $50 material fee for a total of $375 due at the time of registration

Must register by July 10, 2024.
We can only accept 6 campers, so book your space early!

Victoria Gill, M.Ed

Victoria Gill M.Ed-cottage grandmother has degrees in special education and music education with minors in art and theater. She works with sacred art, is a published poet-a vocalist-musician-composer and a lover of magick and esoteric studies.

Katt Beckley, M.A.Ed

Katt has been teaching 20+ years and loves being part of the magickal development of youth. She has been working with Victoria in the Magickal Scouts program for 10+ years and is currently a reading intervention specialist at a place-based, public charter school.
